Your privacy, and the security of your personal health information is paramount to us, and as we’re unable to guarantee the security of older browsers and operating systems, we have developed the new version of My Southern Cross to be accessed on maintained systems that are used by the majority of our members.
To be able to fully access all My Southern Cross services and get the best experience, you’ll need to update your website browser and / or operating system. Most popular browsers (Microsoft, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox) will let you update to the latest version for free, however you may need to purchase a new operating system if you’re unable to update this for free.
If you’re having issues using a desktop device, please note you can also use My Southern Cross on a mobile phone, either through the website or the app. If your phone has a more up to date operating system you may be able to access My Southern Cross this way.
