A shared day-to-day health cover plan to help you actively manage your health. Shared cover means you and Southern Cross each pay some of the costs of the healthcare services you receive.

You can claim up to $1,650 in value each year. This plan covers up to 75% of certain day-to-day healthcare costs (up to the annual limits) for GP and nurse services, prescriptions, dental treatment, optometry, audiology, physiotherapy, and other self-care healthcare services.

- Annual health check performed by a medical practitioner or nurse

- Prescriptions

for drugs prescribed by a medical practitioner or nurse (excludes cover for drugs that are not Pharmac approved).

Dental consultations and treatment performed by an oral health practitioner, including a dental hygienist
